In my humble opinion. Shared or opposed, both in respect, yet being one sided, outnumbered without giving back for more competition. For the good of itself, the sport or country as it were. The first subway was in Boston from Park to Boylston, I believe before NYC's by a couple of years. (only by recent recollection). Needless to say with cheesecake, clam chowder, and even crabcakes. We've displayed unity by our good sportsmanship. Such as "How States got their shapes". Borders I feel give us a peace of mind of unity within the whole. This diversity within the unity if skewed in one direction without passing forward knowledge of any kind could be a possibility of why rivalries have gone awry. Why good sportsmanship as seen globally since before the Hellenistic period of Plato and such, has brought forward an example we all love to share. From a Harvard grad in New York to Beijing and London, sports unite an opposition in which we are all victors.
